I am a passionate Doula and a dedicated Childbirth Educator, specializing in mindful fitness. My work is rooted in educating families to use freedom of choice with knowledge of all options and alternatives.

I was born and raised in Southern Oregon. In 2005 I attended massage school at the Santa Barbara Body Therapy Institute in California. In 2006 I moved back to Oregon where I attended OSU-Cascades in Bend and received a Bachelors degree in Communication and Culture. In 2010 my niece was born and I was there to witness along with many women including a doula. This was a pivotal moment and soon after I attended a DONA (Doulas of North America) training at Mother Tree Birth Services, in Portland, OR and have been attending births since.  In 2015 I trained with the International Childbirth Education Association (ICEA) through Ana-Paula Markel of Bini Birth to become a Childbirth Educator.

Throughout the years I attended births & educated families all while managing restaurants & breweries, building a mobile bar business and teaching barre classes.

In 2016 I relocated to NYC for personal growth and business opportunities. I am currently deep in the world of Perinatal Fitness. I am a Pre/Post natal Corrective Exercise Specialist as well as a Diastasis & Core Consultant trained through Fit For Birth. I am very passionate about helping women prepare their bodies for the demands of pregnancy, labor and motherhood. I train clients privately and teach small group classes at FPC (Fit Pregnancy Club) .
